True Religion Canal Walk where a customer is made a number 1 priority

I received outstanding customer service from a guy named Samir who is from Canal Walk Branch -here's what happened I ordered a tshirt online 25th August from Menlyn Mall branch and delivery was meant to be on the 3rd or 4th September but that did not happen , when i checked online there was an error with the tracking number and shop , The courier guy was ready to cancel my order , i called Menlyn store no luck as it was stated the order will be cancelled on the 4th September , Samir went out of his way to locate the t-shirt I wanted , find me the correct size and contact the store and ensure I will receive my t-shirt next week in time for my function Saturday , I am beyond satisfied with his excellent customer service , Canal walk has given me an exceptional service mind you this is over the phone but i felt like i have kniwn him forever , I highly recommend Canal Walk -I have ordered jeans before and was unlucky with sizing -the branch a few months back made sure I get the correct size , arranged my courier all was a breeze at my favourite brand store .
