They ignore you, when they are suppose to refund you. Bad service.

Can I please get my refund? I bought a T-shirt online on the 7th August only to be told that it was sold out, I had to opt for a different one which was less than the initial one I wanted - so since I've been communicating with Tamara and later on Jerome who keeps saying it's being processed but still, I receive nothing from you. I have been texting Jerome to ask for feedback but I am being ignored and not getting a response. All the contacts I find online are not going through. How hard can it be to pay back my refund? It's been a month.
