Online store don’t deliver

Bought online on the 5th of December 2025. I have not received my order I have been calling, sending emails and they ignore. After sending a WhatsApp message and being promised to be assisted I’m not being told my order left, I did not receive it and they don’t have proof that I received it. They are refusing to refund me
