Unhappy customer

I have been a tenant for the past 6 months and regret ever signing my lease . 1. The security system ( FLUSS ) to access the complex is not friendly. U can’t accept parcels nor deliveries, you also can’t open for visitors and emergency help coz you can only operate is at the gate using the app 2. They parking rules , everyone can park however they like . The security can’t intervene meaning you on your own 3. The noise and the chanting around the complex , insane 4. No CCTV within the complex 5 . The place operates like a retirement village and those that work from Home take preference over other tenants , rights violated

What worries even more is that the body cooperate doesn’t care about complaints and don’t make an effort to resolve issues. Can’t wait to move out
