TRUE FIRE PROTECTION

We obtained the services of True Fire Protection owner is Bianca Marais on 24 October 2025 to service our fire extinguishers and provide the necessary Certificate of Compliance (CoC). They charged R2012.50, but failed to deliver the promised service. Scheduled the service date for 03 November 2025 was contacted arranged another date and still did not arrive to complete the service paid for. One number is completely off and the other number rings only. No CoC was provided, leaving our facility non-compliant with safety regulations. Multiple attempts to contact them via the cellphone number (WhatsApp messages and calls) and Email and still no communication. Their physical address provided was visited today in Brackendowns and it was a residential property.
