Defective Vacuum Cleaner Purchased - Agait

I purchased a robotic vacuum cleaner (Agait robotic vacuum cleaner @ R3 995.00) on 9 August 2014 from True Edge Trading (RSA). When I wanted to use the vacuum cleaner, it did not work properly.I lodged a complaint with Mr G Clark directly and left numerous messages at their offices on 10 August 2014 informing him that the unit was defective and that I would rather request a refund on the purchase. The unit was collected on 19 August 2014 I request for a refund, on 21 August 2014 I was informed that the unit had a faulty power transformer witch was replaced. The unit was then posted back to me during the RSA Postal Service strike and despite the fact that I again requested a refund. On 20 October 2014 I again lodged another complaint with Mr G Clark directly, informing him that the unit only operated for 10 minutes at a time and that it was not performing as advertised.I delivered the unit to Connor Es***, on 11 December 2014, again stating that this unit is defective. From 11 December 2014 to 13 January 2015, I had NO feedback on the status of my refund, or to advise what was happening.
