Never use KFC app

I placed my order on Sat, 16 Mar 2024 11:22:00 +0200, I did not receive my order because they said the store canceled it and that True Blue Foods Pty Ltd ta KFC will refund within 7 working day. I then waited for 7 working days and still didn't get my money back and nobody called me. I called to got helped by the most rude person I have ever seen Zandile Radebe who gave me attitude for requesting my refund. If you want peace of mind do not order on the KFC app
