He deserves to be exposed for all the *******ion and **** he has been involved in to date. He has continued to **** more people since he ****med me in 2019. He is also one of the ******* that proves that SAPS is *******. The crime happened on the 13th of December 2019. The crime was formally reported to the police in February 2020. Rudzani Tshikosi was circulated in November 2020 and he was basically nowhere to be found. He moved offices and his residents. Rudzani has been reported to have ****med many individuals and yet he was granted bail.
