Yellow pages/Trudon
Been sending mail to yellow pages for almost a year trying to recover unauthorised billing on my account ... finally in December 2023 received a mail stating they will pass a credit in January 2024 Well despite many mails THEY STILL HAVENT CREDITED MY ACCOUNT I HAVE MAILED AND TRIED CALLING TO NO AVAIL .THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND SOMETHING NEEDD TO BE DONE !!! IS TGERE ANYONE IN THAT BUSSINESS TGAT CAN TSKE SOME ACCOUNTABILITY
