yellow pages marketing ****

Yellow pages, is the worst service provider. This company has learned a lot from old Telkom "The partner". They are very good at promising the world and dilevering nothing then billing you for it. Then they use their more than 100 year old accounting ****s to keep billing you even when you try to cancel. You need a degree in cancelling unserviced said contract. My e-mail today to them:- Kindly note that I still don't accept paying for no value provided. My company did not receive any value out of the said contract. Why was the benefit not shown to me at the point of the claimed service? How can I receive value and there are no goods/services received signed for. I don't get why your company is trying to get money for a service that does not have any value. The concept is floored. If your service was of any value I would be bagging for your contract so i can get more. I would not be cancelling and begging a big company not to bully me into paying for their existence.
