Yellow Pages - Ignoring communication while charging without consent

After 2 years of having cancelled my subscription over the phone I received an invoice for the past year. I rep**** to the person that sent the mail and I tried phoning but I get some bs about people working remotely as an excuse not to have to talk to customers while emails are getting ignored for 2 weeks.
