WTH!
<p>Business Telkom account was suddenly R1000.00 more this month. Called Telkom to enquire about unusual contract charges and was referred to Trudon who are in control of Yellow Pages ads. Called them and was on hold for 25 MINUTES!!!!!!!! only to be told it was incorrect billing from their side. This is radiculous! Not only did they waste my time but it has now cost me a 25 minute phone call for their error. Was also told I am not the only customer that this has happened to - like that should make me feel better. How can charges be added to our account without our permission? Telkom is also responsible.</p>

It is now March 2017 and these charges still appear on my Telkom account with INTEREST despite receiving a confirmation of the credit in October 2016.
I have also requested that Trudon cancel my yellow pages subscription as soon as the current one is finished as I don't want anything to do with them anymore. i don't have any confidence that this will be done. Trudon is the worst, most useless company I have ever dealt with in my life. Is there anyone that works there that is competent in any way? I am beyond frustrated!
