Wrong details and no authorization

We had a adverti*****t in the yellow pages. We moved our offices to a new address last year and therefore we requested that the details of our adverts must be changed when we were contacted about renewals. We requested a sales rep. from Trudon to come and see us. This request was ignored. No details were updated and now we are being charged from January for adverts that is totally incorrect. We spoke to Joan George and complained, but she said that she has a voice recording were the adverts were confirmed. We then requested to hear this alleged recording, but after two months we still have not received it. So please cancel the adverts and credit us!
