Worst customer service ever!

I having been trying to cancel advertising costs since August 2020. I stated clearly to the consultant that I did not want to advertise. Not only am I still paying for the adverts (that I didn't want in the first place) - another advert is now being charged since October! Nobody answers the phones and the emails are returned as undeliverable.
