WORST COMPANY EVER
Trudon don't respond to queries. When you call them, they say you must email them your query for them to resolve. I have emailed my query 3 times and get no feedback from them. They charge us over the R3000.00 on our Telkom statement to advertise in the yellow pages but we did not authorize to advertise. The lady that did authorize it was not in the position to do so, but they didn't ask her what her position in the company is as I listen to the recording and she was just the receptionist. Telkom must stop dealing with Trudon as they will also give Telkom a bad name....
