What a useless bunch of .................

<p>So all of a sudden we have an amount of R483 added to our Telkom account! Asked what this was, Trudon instructed them to deduct if from our account. ***!!! Who gave them permission to deduct off our bank account via Telkom. This is *****! Then I phone Trudon in JHB and we are in CT. After trying to put me through to 2 people she eventually says they have all gone home I need to phone again in the morning. So I asked for them to call me back. To top it all she says they cannot phone me I must call back. I am furious!!!!!!! </p> <p>Will definitely take this further!</p>
