Very dissatisfied with lack of communication.

I have subscribed for their services for many years, but had to cancel. I gave notice, it was confirmed by their Patricia Mkhonza that subscription was cancelled, but to my frustration invoices kept on coming and now a letter of demand. I have written countless emails to Patricia, with no response. Her phone number as per emails does not work, nor does the number for Trudon on any site that I can find.
