Very bad service from Trudon

As per my telephonic conversation with Roderick we have cancelled our digital contract with yellow pages, but we are still getting billed According to Roderick our contracts was automatically renewed by your system without informing us. Please advise we have been struggling for months on one to cancel our contracts and still being billed.You guys services are very bad and with no reply from your emails.
