useless!!

so i get a call from a call center and i eventually agreed to have a advertisment, firstly ive never received confirmation of the advert!i get my yellow pages addition in oct 2014 only to my surprise most of the info was wrong! i called the call center and a lady helped but there was no help from her side!she made me listen to all the conversations with the consultants and we both agreed that the consultant who was registering me intially was at fault,ive been trying to call trudon ever since as i will not being paying for a service that is incorrect!ive tried for many months until the same guy nomfundo who called me the 1st time regarding the application...on the 23/04/2014 a rude lady contacted me called margaret iya and she was totally not understanding what my problem was she says that its okay my info is wrong as long as my company name is right?then she goes on saying that its not there fault and i will only be refunded 5%.I AM PAYING FOR AN ADVERT THAT SUPPOSE TO BE RIGHT!im ****ed of at the behaviour off the staff at trudon!!i want answers and i want a refund!!!
