URGENT TRF withdrawal

I, Ronell Kotze, has been an employee of Trudon Pty Ltd for 27 years. I resigned in July 2015. <br> <br> I do not know what to do anymore, the lack of interest to assist me in my Telkom Retirement Fund withdrawal, is astonishing.<br> <br> Trudon HAS NOT followed the procedures, thus far, I emailed Telkom, I phoned Momentum, and both parties confirmed Trudon HR (Sheila Waller) must phone or email them not the employee. <br> <br> It has been a month and my exit form has not been submitted to MOMENTUM in order for them to process the withdrawal application.<br> <br> I would appreciate a written confirmation from Trudon Pty Ltd, Telkom SA Ltd, Momentum THAT THE NECESSARY DOCS HAS BEEN RECEIVED.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Ronell
