Unprofessional Uncaring Intimidating Hustlers!

If I could give this bunch a ZERO rating I would!! They have somehow managed to weasel their way into making us consumers believe they are part & parcel of Telkom. We cancelled our Telkom account in November 2023, yet Trudon insists on having their "contract" subscription billed through Telkom every month. Now we have been contacted by lawyers representing Telkom, advising us that we have been handed over to them for collection of an outstanding TELKOM account!! I have also received two emails from TRUDON attaching invoices & statement, advising me they cannot collect the money from TELKOM and to please remit. I have rep**** to the person and the email address given in the email originating from TRUDON, advising them the Telkom account is closed and requesting that TRUDON provide me with a signed contract for the subscription services, covering the period since we cancelled our Telkom account. On BOTH occasions my email "bounced" as the Trudon receiver email provided is not in service. What the heck Trudon. This is pain on another level for a company that has been in business for 20 years with an impeccable credit record. Please don't let me have to get my attorneys involved in this. Don't threaten me and don't try and intimidate me into paying for something I don't use, don't want - contact me and provide me with YOUR proof that I am contracted to you. Thank you
