I have been advertising my business on Trudon. When they phoned me to ask if I would like to continue, I said, no. But I have received a bill for the 2020 directory. I know the phone calls are recorded so I want them to listen to it. I never said I would like to continue. I cannot get through on their phone lines or email or call centre.
