UNKNOWN AMOUNT CHARGED TO MY TELKOM ACCOUNT

<p>I was charged an unknown amount to my Telkom account of R825.36. I was by Telkom that this was charged by Trudon. Upon investigation of this matter I was told by Trudon that it was a mistake on their side and that I would be credited. I have not received the credit and was charged by Telkom this month again for the outstanding amount. </p>
