On 04 June (and again on 31 July) we received an email with an Invoice And Statement for Yellow, White Pages adverts and Digital Advertising (***) – a service that no-one in our organisation recalls agreeing to. Despite numerous attempts to email and call for clarification, we have been unable to get any response or assistance. Many of the complaints regarding Trudon provide details of the same modus operandi by the company. This is ********* and unprofessional.
