we have an online subscription that is renewalable every month; the price whent up with R300 with no communication from Trudon regarding this matter. i need to cancelour contracts, but can not seem to find anyone working at Trudon. i have send numerous emails since Dec 2022 and all i get is a ticket has been created and no response. i have tried all the available phone numbers and automated system states no one is available.
