Unauthorized Trudon Subscription to our Telkom Bill

Our business account has been invoiced monthly via our Telkom account by Trudon for Web 2050 Info3 TYP for R567 ex vat. A service we did not agree to, i have tried to call Telkom to cancel this, they saying they don't deal with subscriptions, when i asked who allowed this, then they cut the call, or redirect me back to the number i called, 10210. How is Telkom allowing these type of ****s to go on, As these we have been loyal clients of Telkom for years. How do i get this subscriptions removed from my bill.
