Unauthorized Subscription to Trudon

We were billed for "Directory Enquiries" R349.00 on our Telkom Account, which I were told was for Yellow Pages/Trudon directory. We did not give Trudon any authorization to subscribe us to this service, therefore Trudon needs to immediately credit our account and cancel this so called "subscription". Cannot get hold of Trudon, none of their numbers work.
