UNAUTHORIZED DEBITS
Trudon continually debits my telephone account even though I've cancelled my subscriptions with them and have the cancellation confirmations on email. Zaheera refuses to respond and nobody seems to want to help me to resolve this issue. Quite frustrating to resort to social media when this could have easily been resolved had they wanted to.
