Unauthorized charging

From my April invoice from Telkom, my business has been charged for digital listings on my account without authorization and need this to be cancelled immediately and need it to be reimbursed as well. Left numerous mails, but no one gets back to you. How can they just deduct things of your account without authorization. That is theft
