Unauthorized billing
<p>My telkom account was billed for R325 and R399 with ref web2050. I never asked for this. When I phoned them a lady told me it was for IEC adverti*****t for Wifi. She told me they sent out emails. Firstly I never recieved an email and wouldn't have agreed that they deduct this amount from my account. How can this be legal? </p>
