Unauthorized billing
<p>Got my telkom accounts with contract payments which I did not signup for. Telkom said I must phone Trudon. Cannot get through to Trudon after holding for 10 minutes each time. Phoned Telkom again and they gave me a landline number to phone only to get through and then they transfer one again to the same 0860 number which no one answers. Emailed them as well and got an auto reply email that they will contact me as soon as possible. Been 2 weeks now without anyone contacting me. </p>
