Unauthorized Billing

Sent numerous emails to vdplankl and customercare about unauthorized billing. I included copies of numerous emails dated October 2016 that we explicitly instructed that we do not wish to subscribe to. I also spoke to Leigh Van Der Plank who played back recorded calls which clearly indicates that we have not subscribed to this service. Please respond to my emails from Civils2000.
