Unauthorized Billing

Trudon sold a placement of yellow and white pages advert to our company using tele-marketing.They record your conversation, and speak to a \person responsible for advertising\" identified by an unsuspecting staff member, and then tie you in for 12 months to pay for something the owner or manager never approved. When we tried to opt out and give notice of cancellation, a whole 3 months before the 12th installment was paid, I was told the yellow pages had already gone to print and cannot be reversed!<br> <br> Then they caught us again in Feb 2016 with 2 new entries the owner never authorized! This time two web based ads approved by another staff member not authorized to do so.<br> <br> Trudon instructs Telkom to add the charges to your Telkom account, but when you phone Telkom to ask for a reversal, Telkom refers you to Trudon to deal with the problem of having it reversed! Absurd!<br> <br> We want all charges reversed immediately and Trudon should introduce a signed authorization by a director or owner before charging you for an advert the company never wanted in the first place! <br> <br> Be very careful when dealing with Trudon!<br> "
