Unauthorised Web Mobile Ad Network Fee

<p>I was charged an amount of R399 for Web 2050 mobile Ad Network on account number ********** 10001 on my Telkom bill that I know nothing about. I called Trudon on the 24/10/2016 and quiried the matter with Vumi ( Ref ********** 166955) and he mentioned that it was a mistake and that it would be credited and reflect on my next statement. I have just collected my October Telkom statement and the R399 has not been credited yet plus I have been charged R4.87 for interest because I only paid the amount that I was billed less the R399 .I don't see why I should be charged interest for someone elses error. Please reverse the R399 and the R4,87 from my Telkom account please.</p>
