Unauthorised; unsolicited billing - Started 2012

I truly and sincerely resent this horrible company. I cancel this worthless contract every year and somehow it ends up on my account every month year after year with no way out. They speak to unauthorised people in my office which simply cannot make these decisions and they then bill me for it. I have explicitly said to them in 2012 already that I NEVER want to see or hear the name Trudon ever again and yet they still debit my account? Remove your bill from my Telkom account, refund me all of my \premiums\" paid and please do NOT ever contact me or my company or my staff ever again!"
