UNAUTHORISED SERVICE

I never requested Trudon to list me on their Yellow Pages. They have in the past, replayed the audio that was recorded on the day that they contacted me. On the recording I tell them that they can send me an email with information. That is it. Yet, I now have Telkom Debt Collectors on my case because I have an account in arrears. I do not even have an account with Telkom anymore. I have sent numerous emails and every time a consultant contacts me from Trudon I tell them that I am NOT interested. I have, in fact in the past received refunds from Trudon, because of money wrongfully deducted. Obviously they just decided to add this to my account again. This is totally unacceptable. I have noted that there are quite a lot of the same complaints on Hellopeter. Is this maybe how they earn a living, by wrongfully and should I say **********ly deducting money from clients.
