unauthorised debits on my telkom account

<p>This company are absolute *******. They never answer their phone and they are debiting my Telkom account every month with R 399-00 with NO PERMISSION from me. Telkom wont help and tell you to call Trudon. What are we suposed to do to get this THEFT to stop and to get a refund?</p>

I have received a reply from Charnene who has apologised and promised me a refund.
