UNAUTHORISED DEBIT OFF ACCOUNT
Good Day,<br> <br> Last year we cancelled the debits off our telkom account and then this year they appeared again, with no authorisation. We informed Telkom several times that we want them to be cancelled, they only got back to us yesterday to say we should contact Trudon. Prior to this On 26/05/2015 we emailed Trudon, [Email Removed] requesting they contact us as we cannot afford the billing.<br> <br> We have not been contacted, and our account has been debited aswell. Please refund.<br> <br> We are querying <br> Web 2050 info3 IYP *** R311<br> Info 2050 Info3 TYP *** R86<br> WP 2014 Southern Cape WP (SCK) R185<br> We only wish to have ONE Yellow page listing, and that is all. Please refund all others as we never authorised these.<br> <br> Thank you
