Unauthorised costs by Trudon billed to Telkom Business Account

Morning Trudon, my parents who own a company have also been a victim of unauthorized billing since December 2020 amounting to R4949 to date. Despite numerous mails to cancel this and to get a complete refund this has fallen on deaf ears. Please can you urgently contact me to resolve this matter.
