Unauthorised Charges to Telkom Account by The Yellow Pages

There have been unauthorised charges to my Telkom account by The Yellow Pages. It shows that I have entered into a 12 month contract with the Yellow Pages, however to my knowledge I definitely have NOT.

I have tried to contact the customer services to rectify this unauthorised billing, and have received emails saying that someone from the company will contact me, yet to date I have not heard from the company.

I request that this unauthorised "contract" be cancelled immediately and for my Telkom account be credited for all of the months that they have billed me (including any interest charged because of those amounts). This basically amounts to ***** if not rectified.

I urge the company to correct the error and stop charging my account further.
