Unauthorised charges by Trudon on my Telkom account

I too am a victim of Trudon's ********** and ********* activities. One of their sales agents phoned my receptionist, who has no authority to authorise any charges to my Telkom account. When I queried these charges, they had the audacity to send me the voice recording confirming that I had entered into a contract with Trudon. The voice recording confirms nothing. Telkom won't help. One can never get through to Trudon. Stop making unauthorised charges on my account and refund me or I'm taking legal action.
