Unauthorised charges
<p>I have been billed R 1207 for a product I have never requested.</p> <p>I cannnot believe that Telkom would allow a company to put through charges on a bill without authorisation.</p> <p>I do believe this is a ****.</p> <p>I would appreciate it if Trudon could refund me and contact me in regard to this matter</p> <p>As my company cannot afford an extra expense like this</p>
