Unauthorised billing of my account

I am being billed for Yellow pages and White pages entries NOT authorised by myself. This is being charged to my company's TELKOM account every month without my permission. I contacted Telkom who passed the buck and said I must contact Trudon. Several phone calls and emails and months later and I still have no reprieve and still have over R800 billed to my Telkom account every month. Trudon plays me audio recordings of phone conversations with a staff member of mine in which they use very clever and ********* means to 'confirm' details and thereby make a sale, without confirming whether or not that person has the authority to accept the sale. Trudon and its staff are a nightmare to deal with and I believe they deliberately make it impossible to get any solution to the problem. I believe I am by far not the only one with this problem. I demand a full refund of the past 6 months and the contract to be removed off my telephone bill immediately.
