Unauthorised Billing for Contract for Web 2050 Advert

Good Day. My business telephone account started being debited by Telkom with a Yellow Pages Advert for R349 per month. Upon enquiry, they sent me voice recording of the Yellow Pages salesperson speaking with one of my junior employees where they state they want to confirm the Company details for the telephone directory. I've written to the Yellow Pages 4 months ago, and also lodged a complaint with the Consumer Goods & Services Ombudsman. Yellow Pages states they will investigate the matter and revert to me. A few reminders later and still no response. The Ombudsman responds by saying that they don't deal with my complaint but I should approach The National Consumer Commission. It's very frustrating.
