Unauthorised Billing by Trudon via Telkom Acc

On my July 2014 Telkom Acc, a R360+v = R410.40 debit for Directory entries just popped up. According to Telkom, it was a Trudon charge. I then remember that years ago, we had also encountered such a problem when it was still under the Telkom banner. I then specifically requested that if it wasn't for free, I didn't want any entry anywhere. For a few years there were no problems until this sudden debit popped up. I took it up with Nicolette Potgieter and she confirmed that the note on my file/account clearly stated that only free entries were allowed. She then undertook to ensure no further billable entries will occur and said that a different department would contact me with regard to the refund. The former seemed to have been corrected as no debits have been received to date. HOWEVER...no attempt has been made during the 1.5 years to refund me - no response on any communication whatsoever!
