Unauthorised Billing
<p> We found a charge of R399-00 on our business Telkom account this month, Ref ********** 993955. I have tried to phone them several times, no-one answers their phones.</p> <p>I have sent an email which has been ignored.</p> <p>We did not give permission for this advert and Telkom do not seem to be interested.</p> <p>We will be deducting this charge from my Telkom account this month unless someone contacts me.</p>
