UNATHORISED DEBITS ON MY ACCOUNT BY THE YELLOW PAGES

TICKET NUMBER: 201853 Web 2050 R349.00 Info 2050 R293.00

Since December I have been struggling to sort out unauthorized charges on the business account. Nowhere has anybody signed or authorised the above. A normal Telkom line was installed and that was all that we needed for the business, When we contacted the Yellow Pages we were informed that we signed on-line for the above contracts. NOWHERE HAS ANYBODY SIGNED FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE CONTRACTS. We have received an e-mail to inform us that that a representative will contact us within 24 hours to resolve this matter - that was on the 4th of February. We are at the 15th of February and still no response from anybody.

Should I be surprised?? - NO. Still nothing from Yellow pages - 24 hours does not exist it seems more like days and weeks and months. Eventually you get a reply to say that someone will contact you and then NOTHING!!! PATHETIC. What do I need to do to get this sorted out - it seems that legal action will be the only way.

WOW it seems as if Trudon/Yellow Pages are living up to the bad reputation they have. One reply on my first review and nothing thereafter. I have send 3 mails already and did not even received an acknowledgement. Trying to phone the number provided - *** - is a waste of time as it seems as if Covid has hit Trudon/Yellow Pages so hard that there are absolutely no one that even can try and assists. What a pathetic institution.

The above received from Yellow Pages/Trudon is the biggest joke I ever came across. Well at least now we know - WE CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICES -THERE IS NO SERVICE!!
