Unable to contact Trudo to dispute a subscription charge.

This company is operating *********ly and unprofessionally.

They have added a subscription contract to my Telkom account without ever contacting me, and without my permission. I am the only authorized contact on my Telkom account.

Their offices are closed due to lockdown, and the automated recording on thier 011 number asks you to send an email to which they do not respond. Their 0860 number listed on their website is for Telkom insurance, and nobody answers even after 30mins of holding. The amount of effort and time that has gone into trying to query this unauthorized charge is unacceptable, and I have still not been able to contact them. Telkom should stop billing on services from this company.
