Trudon/Yellow Pages are ****mers who don't let you Cancel

I've been trying to cancel this subscription for ages. Telkom cannot cancel the charge even thought it is on their bill. The numbers and email addresses Telkom gave me were not working. I finally got the email address of the lady who signed me up over the phone, ***. I was called by another lady and told that I had agreed to be charged over the phone and they would cancel the subscription going forward and send me recordings of the call in which I agreed to be charged for the service and recording of the call to cancel the service. I have received no recordings and I am still being charged. I am not responsible for these charges and would like them cancelled and credited or I will be forced to take this up. Furthermore, I did not expect to be charged for this service after only a telephone conversation. I expected they would need a more formal document verification. This type of contract without extra authentication needs to be *******!!!
