Trudon....false-don!

Our company has used Trudon for many years for our listings. Unfortunately, after they changed the representative that used to deal with us, their service has plunged to the lowest of depths! After they published inaccurate information about our company on Social Media and after they sent us an exorbitant bill of almost R30000.00 we informed them on many occasions that we did not want to make use of any of their services bar the telephone directory listing.

This has fallen on deaf ears and they continue to bill us for something we do not want and gain zero benefit from.

Trudon is no longer a good company to deal with. Their staff are rude on the phone and do not give any opportunity to their PAYING customers to express their frustrations.

Trudon should shut down or venture into a different field of business. It is clear that they have lost the good staff that used to make this company a pleasure to deal with.

Needless to say, we as a company will NEVER use them again in future!
